Having worked in the staffing industry since 1998, I’ve learned what matters most to our clients and associates. By listening to their needs, identifying the hard skills necessary to do the job, and gaining an appreciation for the client’s company culture, we create the right “fit” between leading employers and talented people.

We partner with our clients to learn what they value most. We then design solutions that make their lives easier by helping to reduce their overall cost and eliminate risk. Local management coupled with national support creates the responsiveness, flexibility and financial stability employers need. Our goal with all of our efforts is to create an exceptional experience, every time.



Lonnie Young
Owner/Strategic-Partner, Phoenix Metro – Glendale

I bring a wealth of staffing, talent assessment and entrepreneurial experience to my role as a Strategic-Partner. I spent the last 18 years working in personnel for the Arizona Cardinals and the Baltimore Ravens, traveling the country to evaluate the top football talent entering the NFL Draft. Prior to that, I owned/operated several businesses including another national staffing franchise, two McDonald’s restaurants and a professional cleaning company.

We have our certification as a Minority Business Enterprise through the Pacific Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council. Centrally located in the Phoenix metro area (off the I-17 and Glendale Avenue), our office is easily accessible throughout the valley. Proprietary candidate assessment and training processes, coupled with our ability to fill a full complement of light industrial, clerical and professional roles, give us a competitive advantage in meeting our clients’ workforce and hiring needs.



Rhae and Debbie Buckley
Owner/Strategic-Partners, Phoenix Metro – Goodyear

Debbie and I have more than 30 years of experience in the employment and staffing area. Over the years we’ve learned that delivering a smooth, efficient and successful experience for clients and candidates alike starts with truly listening. We seek to: understand each job seeker’s and employer’s needs; identify the hard skills necessary for success in each role; and gain an appreciation for each client’s company culture. Armed with this insight and PrideStaff’s unparalleled resources, we create great teams by matching leading employers and talented people.

I’ve dedicated my career to optimizing organizational performance by improving workforce engagement and talent identification. After graduating from Oral Roberts University, I held progressive roles leading human resources, recruiting and staffing operations around the world. With each new opportunity, I built my expertise in driving operational excellence and meeting strategic business initiatives for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Throughout our careers, Debbie and I have learned that great people are critical to organizational success and that our team can have a positive impact by connecting talented individuals with organizations that need their skills and creativity.
