Ann Gilbert – Owner/Strategic-Partner
Over 13 years of experience in the Staffing Industry, has provided me with the opportunity to learn what is important to our client and associates. I have learned that the best way to be successful is to listen to my clients. when sitting down with different clients, I learn more about not only the hard skills necessary to do the job but what the company culture looks like in order to find the right “fit” for each client. As a business owner, I understand how important it is to stay on budget and be profitable; it is my goal to assist my clients in doing the same with their business. With experience in working with several different industries and assisting them in developing processes to find the right candidate allows me the ability to share those experiences with other clients. I know that each day and with every experience I will continue to learn and grow as a person and a professional.

Kristine has been in the Staffing Industry for over 3 years. She started at PrideStaff in a recruiting role, focused on finding the best possible fit for our client staffing needs. Kristine has continued to develop her skills and focus on meeting with clients to determine not only the “skill fit factor” but also finding the right “culture fit” for their organization. She understands that the key to success at PrideStaff is living our Mission Statement on a daily basis, “Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most” for our clients and our candidates.
